I have been dealing with my late brother's estate, and the made the whole process of selling his house simple and painless. Emily gave some excellent advice for getting the property on the market, and Karly kept the sales process running smoothly. I am more than happy to put my name to a five star recommendation for both of them.

Karen has been pivotal in helping us move forward to completion and we are really grateful for the time and expertise this commands. Karen kept in touch with us throughout the process, taking time to check in, even in the absence of any updates, which we really appreciated. 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I was recommended to use Hunters by a friend whilst starting a significant refurbishment on my house. I sought advice on my options i.e. staying, selling refurbished or selling unfurbished and the consequences of each decision. I found them candid and clear and never pushed me to any decision.<br><br>I returned to Hunters when I decided to sell, having done the work and found a house I liked. They were very quick to help me market my house whilst finishing some final jobs.<br>The negotiations on sale and purchase were conducted by Hunters as each property was being offered through the same agency..<br>Throughout the process they were responsive to calls, emails and office visits. I always received quick replies and clear instructions. They were great at coordinating all the people involved and amenable to our requests.<br><br>The whole experience was great, all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. My friend was right to have recommended them to me!

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

Unfortunately, it fell through at the last minute but he had us back on sale within a day and a new offer within a fortnight.<br>The second sale process was even more tortuous than the 1st but Debbie was absolutely excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout and she really worked hard to keep communication going with the buyer even as the legals dragged on and on. Cheerful, positive, helpful and pro-active - a great advert for Oceans. Thank you.

21st Aug 2026 (24 days ago)From the time i have entrusted the sale of my property to Taylors Fishponds I have been very impressed by the personal and professional service that i have been given.<br>Everyone in the office has been so helpful and generous with their time as I am not computer literate and never bought or sold in 55 years!<br>I would especially like to thank Archie for his very professional attention towards me and has made a very difficult job much easier.<br>Archies personality shines through every time i ask for any assistance and nothing is too much to ask.

22nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We found Fraser Stretton to be excellent estate agents - professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Charlie suggested a realistic price and we sold our property in a short space of time. We asked for recommendations for a solicitor and Harpreet was experienced and competent. Everyone involved made the whole process effortless and uncomplicated.

26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
