Recently bought my first home through CJ Hole and the sales progression team were brilliant, particularly Stan Pitman. As a first time buyer I was unsure of the process, he explained everything to me and what each next step would be. The sales progression team were very patient when I had problems completing the purchase. All of the team were very helpful and would love to use them again if I ever decided to move.

Extremely terrible customer service, agent was unbelievably rude to me.
Called up to ask for property details, and the agent told me to NEVER ASK AGAIN. He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN.
I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.
