She was always on top of things, keeping me updated throughout the whole process and making sure I knew what was happening at every stage. Clair was really proactive in sorting out any concerns I had, which made everything a lot less stressful. Her way of working was efficient and straightforward, and thanks to her, the sale went through smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Clair and Currans if you’re looking for someone who gets the job done without any fuss.

7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

13th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Amy and her team have just been fantastic. Right from the moment I called about putting my property on the market with them (as an apartment below me had sold really quickly). I wanted to get my place sold as I wasn't living there anymore, had tried to push it through auction to get a quick result, but it just wasn't getting the "bites". Then Amy (William Gleave) met me, explained her approach to dress the apartment up (it was largely empty and devoid of furniture), just to get people through the door. I followed Amy's idea to the letter, and sure enough it went on the market with some fab photos from them, and the viewings came in a short while later (about 4 weeks or so) which Amy, Olivia and the team handled for me. Then a flurry of additional viewings came in and offers (yes plural - many offers) were put to Amy and her team - yay! We are almost at the end of this journey now and hopefully ownership will be transferred to the new owner very soon who will use, enjoy and love it, like I used to do many years before! Amy, Olivia and the rest of the team are focused, pushy (in a good way), and they get results. Their fees are reasonable (we'd all like to pay less!), but for what they have done, I cannot recommend them enough. Top team, Thanks Amy & Co!

Rich was very down to earth and approachable, with no hard sell at any time, which was refreshing and the photographs were superb! Dan was always at the end of the phone for any queries and reassurance. They wrote the most brilliant 'write up' which read more like a story than a 'Property description' which made it stand out from 'the rest'. All in all a fantastic service and we would highly recommend their services. Thanks Rich, Dan & team. Bev & Jason
