11th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up. PICTURES FOR THE PUBLIC BELOW EVIDENCE OF THE MOLD DAMAGE.
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Starting positively Georgina is very nice and as I see it, there to keep the customers on side. Johnathan was very confident in his company when selling it to me as the “company to use to sell my home” however that's where my confidence ended. First off we are in a sensitive position (separation) hence the reason for selling our house. I advised Johnathan of this and requested the photographer to attend when I was there as not currently living there and I work shifts. With a convenient time agreed all way fine. However a photographer attended the next day and which we wasn't expecting, so advised him to return on the appointment date . We the had a lack of communication issue with Francesca (terrible for replying) in which Georgina called and apologised when I contacted for the 3rd/4th time. The third issue was the for sale board. it took almost 6 weeks to be put up at the entrance to the estate and also one on the garden, when I specifically requested not to put one. The final straw was the lady doing the viewing of the property when she stated the way to the property was horrendous to get to for her using her Sat Nav (recorded saying on my ring doorbell). Reades had got 1 viewing secured after almost 3k clicks on Rightmove and 1 other viewing who cancelled due to the property not being closed enough to Northop Village. The one viewing from Feb - May they had they put the buyer off. So after 3 1/2 months, as you can imagine....no sale. Very disappointing service from Reades, then the audacity to request us to drop the price because they don't have the sales skills they advise when they want your business . I wouldn't recommend and avoid in future. I'm gutted really because had faith initially in Reads, if only they put as much effort into selling my house as Johnathan put into selling his business to me, my house would be sold by now. I'm disappointed in this. Use other Estate agents instead to avoid wasting your time on a stale agent. 1 star is me being generous.
3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)Absolutely brilliant service from Rachel and Julie @ Reid and Roberts Flint and I really can't thank them enough for looking after me and more importantly going above and beyond to help me with my house purchase! Super friendly, professional and competent - I can truly say that I didn't feel alone in facing the sometimes unexpected difficulties that can occur when purchasing a property. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again. Thank you very much indeed!

16th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email. The viewings were followed up with a phone call & also an email giving feedback.

The whole team are professional, consistent, friendly, I was kept informed all the way, even if there's nothing to report I would get a call to assure me they are chasing any issues. My husband and I have moved house a few times over the past 25 years, but this is the first review I have wanted to leave as the whole team were just amazing and helpful, by far the best Agent I have dealt with!! My main contact was Sammie who is a legend - Thank you!! If you are considering Keystone - don't..... just do it, you won't regret it!!!

It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like . We were always kept up to date and had such an amazing experience buying our first house. Would definitely recommend :)

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 17th May 2023 (1 year ago)An absolutely disgraceful letting agent, I would avoid renting a house through Molyneux at all cost.
7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

Emily came to photograph my home she was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was kept up to date and within days my property was live and on the market. The communication from the team has been second to none. I am very pleased with my experience to date.
