26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.- 27th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)The sale was via IamSold - partnered locally with Wards who handled the viewings. Overall the experience was poor. Staff showing my property had never visited without prospective purchasers and therefore gave a false impression (unable to lock doors because the sequence was incorrect, leading buyers to assume poor maintenance etc). People being shown around were not able to afford the valuation, only my absolute bottom line, which led to very low offers, nowhere near the valuation. I was promised a guaranteed sale with IamSold, which is not the case

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
