Isabelle Greaves the associate in charge of the sale was so helpful and enthusiastic and guiding us through the whole process including co-ordinating with our solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops of Sevenoaks.
18th May 2025 (29 days ago)Finn's Sandwich sales office has been excellent. This was a probate sale of an empty property, with the property requiring a lot of work. As we live some distance away, we the Executors have had to rely on Finn's completely and they have not disappointed. Charlotte Rich has been our point of contact and she has been so helpful, efficient and cheerful throughout, keeping us informed, reacting to queries and advising on electricians, plumbers, gardeners as appropriate. A difficult situation has been eased by her. We also feel that through Dane Fennell's advice we have received a fair price and that the Buyers will feel the same

We were part of a difficult chain and they did everything in their power to keep us informed and offered advice at every stage. 27th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)The sale was via IamSold - partnered locally with Wards who handled the viewings. Overall the experience was poor. Staff showing my property had never visited without prospective purchasers and therefore gave a false impression (unable to lock doors because the sequence was incorrect, leading buyers to assume poor maintenance etc). People being shown around were not able to afford the valuation, only my absolute bottom line, which led to very low offers, nowhere near the valuation. I was promised a guaranteed sale with IamSold, which is not the case

21st May 2025 (26 days ago)I've recently used the lettings department at Bairstow Eves Folkestone and have to say that the team are very professional and knowledgeable. We use the Let Only service which works well for us. Louise has exceeded our expectations with finding us a tenant and I'm pleased a young family are the perfect fit. I'd definitely recommend.

He is very efficient, wastes no time, and has a great mix of professionalism and approachability. Carlo deservedly has the most 5-star Google reviews locally, and after conducting my own extensive interviews with several local estate agents, it was clear he stood out as the best choice.
27th May 2025 (20 days ago)Contacted Dreams to arrange a viewing on a property we had seen on Rightmove. Appointment was booked & I was given detailed information about the property so we could decide if we still wanted to view it. The property had structural issues but Dreams were very transparent about them. We did the viewing & Andrew was very friendly but professional & had the answers to our questions which is rare with some agents & the viewing was not rushed. We were also promised some photographs which were emailed to me that afternoon. Dealing with Dreams was a pleasure & would definitely recommend them & other agents could learn from this company.

All three were excellent throughout what turned out to be a rather tricky sale. We always felt they were working really hard for us and helped speed our sale through before the end of the stamp duty holiday, at a time when presumably everyone else was trying to do the same thing! We were very grateful for Daryl's clarity of thought and reassurances when we reached sticking points or had moments of uncertainty. Thank you again, we couldn't be happier in our new home!

24th May 2025 (23 days ago)Went to view a property with my husband today. We had arranged to view at 12:30pm, as confirmed in an email, only to arrive and no one was there. My husband saw voicemail left on his phone from Martyn confirming our appointment for 1:30pm so we gave benefit of the doubt and assumed an admin error. We returned at 1:30pm and waited, Martyn did not show up and was not reachable via his phone nor the company's number after numerous attempts. We then looked back on Rightmove and the property was off the market and has since been removed. We were given no communication of this to cancel the viewing. We've completely had our time wasted twice today. ????
