From start to finish Lee has been extremely helpful throughout the process from booking our first viewing to receiving our keys! All questions have been answered promptly and has been happy to help us throughout. Would strongly recommend his services to anyone selling their house!
21st May 2022 (1 year ago)I had 3 valuations done and chose Mansell McTaggart because I thought that they had the best strategy for marketing the property. The property went on the market on bank holiday Monday 2 May and was sold by the 5th May for over the asking price. In the few days before it was sold they were able to show 16 or 18 people round.
7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Excellent, proactive estate agent. Rory and Shauna sold our house in Whitstable after a poor, long drawn out experience with another local agent. Can't recommend Harvey Richards and West highly enough. Friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. They know the market inside out and provided honest advice, a realistic valuation and an approach that worked where others had failed.
30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

26th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
30th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!

14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Exception personal service, skill and knowledge. Not only did he sell our house within a week, after a previous agent tried for 3 months and only managed 2 viewings, but sold it so someone we really liked and at the right price. Outstanding

22nd Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????

13th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
2nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)All Staff that we dealt with in this Estate Agent were very compassionate when dealing with the probate sale of my late father's bungalow. All through we were kept up to date with viewings, feedback, developments, offers, the process of selling and the actual sale. Very helpful indeed with completing all necessary documentation. All the worries attached to selling a property were alleviated by this very friendly team of people. Thank you!
