Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.
1st Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

2nd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder. We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out. I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they! I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning. I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

15th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)My worst estate agent experience EVER. Signed them to sell house and owing to a mysterious disappearance of the sales rep who came out we were forgotten. Emails and phone messages not responded to in a timely manner and in some cases not responded to at all. Do not use. I am a reputable author and also property developer and I know all about the property business. Suggest read other poor reviews as concur.

From Darren listing the property, Casey showing buyers around, Sam negotiating the deal and Anne going well above and beyond with sales progression, we can’t thank the team enough. Clearly teamwork, rather than the usual individual salesman. Will recommend to anyone looking to sell.. a five star very well deserved.

They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

Chris, Heidi and the rest of the team helped us navigate through the process, going well beyond what we could have expected from them. Hands down the most caring and professional agents we ever had dealing with!
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

He called back later, as promised, with additional information about the property that we had asked about. He gave us plenty of time to look around without making us feel hurried. I'm so hoping we can sell ours quickly before this place goes. It has everything about it to make it a great future home.
