28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had such an amazing experience with the whole team at Wards Cliftonville and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. The teamwork between everyone was incredible and it really made the entire process feel smooth, exciting, and stress-free. A special mention to Joe and Jonathan, who were both brilliant throughout, but every member of the team chipped in to help us whenever we needed anything. No question was ever too much trouble, responses were always so quick, and they truly went above and beyond to cater to our every need. We always felt listened to, supported, and looked after. The team showed us some gorgeous homes and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stage. Their communication, friendliness, and dedication really stood out and made such a difference to our experience. Thank you again to the whole Wards Cliftonville team for all your hard work and support — we’re so grateful for everything you’ve done for us!
9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

- 14th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr. While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate. All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B. When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three. The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up. All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence. I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate. Well done, team!

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I had a pleasure of dealing with Honey when finding a rental property in Ramsgate. She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
