1st Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Both managers gave me full guidance through rental set up process, I've rented before but not out of my original home area so respected and appreciated their time on the job. Now got a great flat to start my new life with no headaches.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were happy with the outcome of our sale which Wards managed. We had a home visit from Victoria who helped us complete paperwork. Visits from potential buyers and feedback were reported back promptly. Clearly, there was a team approach and Katy, Megan, Emma and Joe were on top of each stage. A particular shout out to Joe for his thoughtful, professional and measured advice on the realities of the property market. We appreciated all the hard work and would highly recommend Wards of Cliftonville.

They could not have been more helpful- especially Callum in the Broadstairs office, professional, polite, always got back to me when I had questions; interactions with other staff were always pleasant too.

23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I am very happy with my experience selling property through Christopher Hodgson Estate Agents. This is the 3rd time I have used them, for very good reason, they are excellent at what they do: We were made to feel confident and comfortable throughout the sale.
Once the brochure had been published (on every major online platform,) they arranged many viewings, always keeping us up to date with viewer feedback and providing useful advice along the way.
After we had accepted an offer, (we had several,) we were regularly kept up to date with sale progression, the staff being particularly good at solicitor liaison, making sure all the parties involved in the chain were kept informed of the various complexities as they arose. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.
Really happy with the service and I thoroughly recommend using Christopher Hodgson if you are selling in the Whitstable/Tankerton area.
