I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

I felt fully confident that she would do everything she could on every level to do her very best for me. She certainly did, she got a good price and kept me fully informed at all times. It was a difficult time and not without hiccups but Pina managed to ease my stress levels. I say Kleinmann Properties every time! Pina is a delight to work with. SW

I would definitely recommend Course and Shelton over the bigger agents as I didn't feel I was just a number and wasn't ignored/no response to emails like I was with other agents. Clare Bond

Plenty of viewings all accompanied by Jamie but we took the property off the market before any forthcoming offers for reasons not related to belvoir. 6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
