12th May 2024 (21 weeks ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.
29th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)The agents we spoke to were very friendly, approachable and professional. They supported us to help us get the price we wanted for our property. Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!
20th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)The sale was quick and easy and everything was handled for me. The estimate was very off as we achieved £30,000 less than I previously had an offer for but it was a quick sale so am happy.

Matt did the viewings and throughout kept in communication making sure we were happy- honestly I can’t recommend this company highly enough

I would definitely recommend Course and Shelton over the bigger agents as I didn't feel I was just a number and wasn't ignored/no response to emails like I was with other agents. Clare Bond

However these guys came out on top with contact, knowing what I was looking for and showing me amazing properties to my tastes. Definitely would recommend Carolyn and Carter as they were the best in what they did and I was registered with a few but these guys ave you the personal touch, that you mattered. Loved and would highly recommend.

31st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

14th Oct 2023 (11 mo. ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
