Brilliant estate agents. Rented my house from Loveitts recently and was really looked after by Michelle and Avril who are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend using Loveitts without hesitation.

Ellie kept us updated with the progress of the sale, we were very impressed at how efficient the process was. Thank you so much for all your help in getting my parents moved.

Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)From beginning till end the Carter King estate agency was just perfect. Kristie Gray kept me all that time updated and the house was sold for my opinion faster than I'd expect. 5 stars. I guess they are one of the best in Rugby area if not really the best.
12th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark. As mentioned very good price and overall quite good company to sell your house with.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

The review we left was genuine and supported by evidence. We challenge you to make public your last phone call with us, so that everyone can witness firsthand the extent of your rudeness and unprofessionalism. Cadman Homes: unprofessional estate agents with the worst customer service. Don't trust them with your property needs.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Campbells Estate Agents Daventry We chose Campbells as they were recommended by a friend We found Stan from Campbells very friendly and knowledgeable with all are questions and concerns We are very pleased that we used Campbells the service was really good we were contacted after every viewing great feedback every time We felt Campbells were well worth the money they sold our house really quickly and kept us in the loop all the way through the process We would definitely recommend Campbells Stan and Mark went well above to make our experience as stressless as possible

However these guys came out on top with contact, knowing what I was looking for and showing me amazing properties to my tastes. Definitely would recommend Carolyn and Carter as they were the best in what they did and I was registered with a few but these guys ave you the personal touch, that you mattered. Loved and would highly recommend.

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)
