Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

14th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Just a number for cash rather than a person with a home. Constant contact until you sign your name then you’re just a means to an end to get their commission quickly. Zero customer service or interest in sellers needs.

We had multiple viewings very early on, followed by several offers. Their local knowledge is great, the valuation was spot on, and our property sold in next to no time. But Sharon was just amazing, she valued and sold my house, and pointed me to the right location for my new home -no easy feat as I had an extensive list. She worked tirelessly, over and beyond for my sale/purchase, working with the Agent on my purchase when I encountered problems to get my purchase over the line. This was my 7th Sale/Purchase and I have never met another Agent like Sharon 5 star doesn't do her justice for her commitment to her job. I will recommend Barnehurst branch to friends and family.

16th Jul 2018 (5 years ago)Avoid if you can, as a Tenant everything was ok until I tried to get my deposit back after the tenancy agreement ended. The flat was left very clean and not problems on the check out. Then they asked me an invoice of a professional cleaner that was not on the contract, they wanted to take money from my deposit for not reason. I asked many times for them to explain the problem so I could solve it. But they never did because there was no problem, they just wanted to try to take my deposit for not reason what I find dishonest and unlawful. Luckily, I know my rights and after a couple of letters they had to return the money but it was a waste of time. I think this dishonest company always try to take money from your deposit and if you let them, they will take it all.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
6th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Tried to call the agency multiple times, but no one answered, got a mobile number from the answering machine. Called the mobile number, but again no one answered... after a moment I got a text message: "Sorry, I can't talk right now", so I replied that I am interested in this and that property, blah blah blah and I asked him (probably) to call me as soon as he can... never received a call. I called one more time the next day, but of course there was no answer, so I sent another message saying that I was waiting for a call yesterday, I am still interested in the property, and can he call me asap. He replied with apologies and assurance that he will call me later to arrange the viewing for the next day... yes you guessed it, he never called. So I texted him again after 7h trying to arrange the viewing. He texted me back asking for the detail of who wants to move in, income, move in date, etc. I sent him all the details and asked him to call me next day in the morning in regards to the viewing. Next day at almost 1pm, instead of the phone call, I received a message explaining that he tried calling, but I never picked up (I did not have any missed call), and I can call him back when I am free, so I called back within 10 min... of course there was no answer... after few minutes I got a text saying that he cannot talk, because................ HE IS IN THE VIEWING!! So why did he say that I can call whenever I am free?!?! He also said he will call me in next 30 min... I am still waiting for his phone call after 3 days. I am very patient person, because everybody makes mistakes or is too busy to keep up with everything in one day, but this gentleman was obviously not taking me seriously for some reason and was very unprofessional. I usually do not even bother to give a negative comment, but tbh if I could, I could give no stars. Have a good day.
