From the first day we were shown a house to finish, they stood by us and are always available to let you know the true state of things. We were first time buyers with no idea of the mortgage market. They introduced us to a financial broker and solicitors who were geniuses in the mortgage market. Everything went smoothly and fast. We can't thank you enough. Great Team.
14th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Redwood Estates. The chain experienced some delays on completion day. The agent was incredibly kind and stayed past 5pm to release the keys so we could finish moving on time. Highly recommend!
6th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.
23rd Feb 2026 (9 days ago)So far we are very happy with their service ( still in process ) dealt with Ann McDonald who has been on the ball with everything even to all our questions, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Will continue with revue when all is complete.- 17th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)We were very happy with the service that we received from Robinson Jackson. It was not a completely straight forward sale but communication was excellent with the team. We appreciated the support to eventual sale of the property and responsiveness at all times.
23rd Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)Really professional and helpful team. Malcolm did our initial valuation and was really knowledgeable and informative. He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

Holly was on time, answered all our questions we had, she put us at ease ensuring us that the place would be cleaned and any damage would be fixed before my daughter moved in. Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
