10th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)They continually sent buyers who were not interested in buying only viewing as part of a weekend outing, buyers who were interested were persued with the enthusiasm of a slow snail. 25th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

Mark Sallnow and his team are people centred in their approach, ensuring that the right property is found for your needs and connects to you in a personal way. From the start they have always been very happy to answer any requests and needs and helped me immensely in finding my first home. I will always be grateful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are old fashioned and courteous without any pressure on the buyer to do anything that isn't right for them and their circumstances. I shall be using them again in the future.

19th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
26th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)Above and beyond - MLM estate agents, specifically Kevin made the sale of our home as stress free as possible - unbeatable communication We enquired with Kevin due to such a high number of recommendations on our local Facebook gossip page and it quickly became obvious that he has earned them through hard work and amazing service Kevin is professional and keen. His attitude is what made us choose him over the competitors, he is always available and offered us a lot of advise, having used other estate agents previously Kevin was leagues above, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin and MLM to anyone When coming into our home to value, it was clear from the get go that he knew the area and the market, and he gave us a few options for pricing, we went with his recommendation and our home was offer accepted within a short amount of time. We were able to trust Kevin in our home for the viewings and he made sure everyone removed their shoes and kept our house in a nice clean condition which we greatly appreciated The biggest thing when selling or buying is that you can contact your estate agent, we didn’t once have an issue where Kevin couldn’t be reached by any parties involved and he always followed up quickly even over text which was amazing as so convenient compared to phone calls which get missed With MLM Kevin dealt with us through the entire process, nothing got delayed by pushing us over to a ‘progressor’ like other high street names would do, this service is what puts them above their competition and is invaluable when selling your home as your buyer is always speaking to the main guy responsible and therefore usually has the answers to any queries at a moments notice Kevin and his team are the best option to buy or sell a house, no questions about it!
