26th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)I had a really dreadful experience. They actually accepted an offer for my house without my knowledge or permission, after I had told them in writing, on the phone and in person that I did not accept it. Then they took the house off the market because a survey was asked for without informing me. I only found out because someone noticed that it was no longer on the Internet. And when I asked them for an explanation they responded in a very rude way. I had wanted to leave the house on the market for a short while longer to try to get a better offer. Also, I was suspicious about the fact that I had had so few viewings and asked my aunt to try to arrange one. She contacted AE on 29 Jan. and received no answer. She contacted them again on 1 February and was told by X that the house was under offer and a survey booked. The latter was not true. She asked if she could be informed if there was a change and X said that she would be but when the sale later fell through noone contacted her. My aunt has forwarded me her correspondence with AE. I discovered this at around the same time that I discovered that they had accepted an offer without my knowledge. Therefore I felt that I had to go along with the sale as if I pulled out of they might not do any more viewings and I wouldn't find anyone else. They seemed to have fixated on one particular offer. Also I had only wanted to leave it on the market for a short time as I already had a place to buy. No memorandum of sale was issued, and apparently the buyer was not asked to provide an agreement in principle as the sale fell through because the buyer could not get a mortgage. I have had to go to another estate agent and have lost about three months. Many other things were done wrong as well. The photos taken initially were of poor quality. There were less of them than there were for other listings on their website, so I asked if more could be added, in particular a second one of the living room. They added a photo of the hall which had clearly been taken for another sale as it had a wardrobe in it which is not there now. And a picture of a garden bench which was pointless. It was not possible to see from the listing which maisonette was being sold, so people looking did not know that it was a ground floor one with a garden. I did not get a chance to approve the listing. After they agreed the sake, they asked me to allow the potential buyer access to do measuring up. This was before the survey had even been done. I had three viewings and only got feedback on one of them
10th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)They continually sent buyers who were not interested in buying only viewing as part of a weekend outing, buyers who were interested were persued with the enthusiasm of a slow snail. Numerous properties sold on my street by a rival agent before mine, in fact had I not taken the number of the buyer no sale would have taken place.

27th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently sold my apartment and bought a house through Livermores estate agent in Crayford . Lisa Harris dealt with the sale and purchase. The whole process was smooth and kept up to date with progress . Lisa Harris has an extensive experience on the property sales and rental properties. I highly recommend them and would definitely will use them again in the future.

Luke is a skilled and helpful agent, who made the whole process super easy. Keira, our property manager, is extremely responsive. She has been remarkably present for any questions or requests we had and it was very clear that solving any issues was a high priority for her. I've had a great experience with Beaumont Gibbs :)

9th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. They would follow up with different parties for resolutions and ensured timely chasers to avoid delays. Incredible services - For example sorting me out with a brand new roof at no extra cost! 20th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

I have to say, the service she gave was amazing. From arranging the viewings, to keeping me informed though the sales process and updating me on any changes, she was always so thorough and prompt. My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
