28th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

26th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We've had a bad experience through the whole process of selling a property. They over value the property and fix their fee. Then advised us to put on at a lower guide price so we didn't get the price for the property we wanted. Your fixed in a contract with them for 16 weeks. The agent that was doing a viewing let a family member of our buyer tamper with the electric box and leave it unscrewed with fuses left out. We then had to wait 3 days for them to send an electrician round to sort it out.
