Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

6th Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)Andrea, the branch manager, was professional and affable. She listened to and answered and questions I had at the start of the process and I felt that she was on my side. A good sale price was achieved, close to Andrea's original valuation. Jack was also instrumental in keeping us informed and with the negotiation process. Thank you.

22nd Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)Ashley Adams only succeeded in getting me one viewer over a 6 month period. I think the main problem was that Long Eaton isn't in their normal catchment area. The reason that I used them was because they were selling a property that I was interested in. Their six month agreement period is a long time to be tied in. I have now ended my agreement with them without a sale being achieved.

Having encountered an unsuccessful experience with a previous service provider, I urgently required an agent that had comprehensive experience to value and market my property through the right media channels and to the correct target buyer. Within 24 hours of Richard visiting the property to value and undertake photography the house was on sale with a detailed versatile narrative to capture and stimulate the interest that the property deserved. Sue, who was my primary contact throughout the sale, certainly went the extra mile exceeding my expectations. The communication and regular update instilled me with great confidence that everything was being undertaken to ensure that the sale was on course for completion. I must also point out that in Sue’s absence the service provision was seamless as the rest of the team including Richard, Kerry, Elliot and Heidi to name a few, were fully up to date with the sale progress, enabling them to maintain a consistent service level. The guidance, attention to detail and tremendous communication was genuinely appreciated especially as the unfamiliar sale process and timings were a significant learning curve for me personally. Thank you to you all for providing outstanding professionalism and efficient service quality, I will certainly recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their property, thank you.

I am not usually compelled to write reviews but just wanted to say how helpful I found Helen to be. She had knowledge of the whole chain, which was fairly lengthy, and this was a huge help. She was always friendly, professional and easily contactable when needed. Her support in obtaining updates was invaluable.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Hollie Daws (Property Marketing Consultant) who showed me the property had no interest in showing it. She just stood in the hall, and if I had any query, I had to ask loudly so that she could hear me and even after that she didn't know anything about the property. I put an offer , and I called them to get an update and lastly, they said it was sold before four days . If it was sold , why were they (Hollie Daws) for documents from me ? And they are not bothered to even inform you if it's gone . I will not do any further viewing from this agency anymore.

Selling our home in 7 days after previously being unable to sell for 6 months with a prior company, dealing with chain issues and offering advice on our next purchase and much more. Highly recommended she offers a very personable experience and truly cares, wearing many hats and always at the end of the phone we're not quite sure how she does it but she does it without fail and we couldn't of got through our journey without her - thank you Nicole!
