20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently letted a house through Frank Innes. From the start they were very welcoming, offering me a viewing to a property. When at the house viewing, and after finding it wasn’t quite for us, Rebecca suggested another property that would be more our fit - this property wasn’t yet on the market but she offered us a viewing. On arrival to the second property it was perfect, Rebecca was open and honest about potential issues with the property in regards to our needs (small garden, on street parking etc). This was greatly appreciated as we felt well informed and cared for, and not for a second that she was only there to get another property off the market like some agents. After going forward with the property Rebecca made the process easy, with clear communication and liaising with the landlord we move in two very happy people.

5th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Theano is an amazing asset to the team at west Bridgford she has assisted me in every request no matter how big or small and always checks in to make sure things are running smoothly, can not say a bad word about the new team in west bridgford! 10/10 for care and support feel well looked after in my rented property and I feel extremely at ease knowing Theano and the team have my back! Thank you for such amazing work and such friendly and polite communications. Best service I’ve had since moving in back in 2016 can’t fault you and your team.
6th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Sinclair Shepshed to secure a rental property, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. From the initial inquiry to the final signing of the lease, I felt there was good communication although it can take a couple of days for a reply via email. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Louise and Rhiannon were readily available to provide guidance and clarification. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout. Their expertise was invaluable in navigating the complexities of renting a property, and I felt confident knowing that I was in capable hands. Overall, my experience with Sinclair’s was pleasurable. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner in their renting or property journey.

13th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen. We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through. Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening. A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????

7th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Viewed the property, was ready to sign the agreement, sent the documents and all went through, and suddenly they had given only couple of days to pay the rent for entire 12 months of contract in advance which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement or in the initial emails, and they gave a reason that landlord would like to be paid everything in advance because we were students, also I had been waiting for the property for a long time too. So disheartening to deal with them. Unorganised, and not sticking to their instructions.
