19th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley! We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.

31st May 2024 (9 mo. ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.
7th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)Very disappointing service. Initial phone call with Helena was a little disconcerting as she appeared to lack interests and enthusiasm, however we were on a short timescale and asked Helena to place a bid on a house we were wanting to buy. The offer date came and went, and we heard nothing. We emailed Helena to see if there was an update, but we got no response. Finally we called the estate agent and they informed us our bid was unsuccessful and she had notified Helena three weeks ago. Very disappointed with the service and will be going else where for any future business.

7th Mar 2025 (14 days ago)We recently purchased our first home with Briar Homes and were assisted by Gil from Savills. The entire process of buying was simplified by Gil . All emails and phone calls were promptly replied and answered . She is definitely an asset to Savills.

3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)A great team who have helped me with advice on my own rental property. Not being the best with changes and technology they all made things very easy to understand and spent time helping me with anything I had. Would highly recommend the whole team
2nd Mar 2024 (1 year ago)Williamson & Henry are currently working as our estate agents. Our main point of contact is Stephanie. She explained the process of listing our property very clearly and the whole process of taking photos, video tour, advertising and viewings was explained in a straight forward manner. The office keep in touch on a regular basis. Stephanie is very approachable and is always on hand should any questions arise. She is very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Williamson and Henry.

Quiet hides and plenty of lovely benches to sit and think. Very helpful volunteer at the main office and I believe that boat trips to the castle are available when volunteers are available. Sadly not when we visited but that didn’t spoil our enjoyment
