1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.
13th Jul 2024 (14 days ago)Virtually no communication unless I called them. 3 times I had to call to say the photos were in the wrong order on Rightmove.
19th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)I would not recommend this agent due to a lack of contact with any progress on my property and not any acting upon any of my recommendations or instructions. There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.

5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible experience with very rude and stuffy staff. Would not recommend at all. Tried to blame me for the price of my property when I put it up at their evaluation!! Avoid at all costs unless you are a snob!

Within 3 days they had found a buyer and the property was sstc. Both Tashana and James have been very approachable and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Merryweathers

(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
