Charging a whopping £528 claiming there were marks and scuffs to the wall when I moved out only for an independent adjudicator to prove that only £40 would suffice to repair the said marks and scuffs. Level of extortion!!

8th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)It was a slow start with minimal viewings,but eventually we got an offer. After this the agent was always helping us keep on track with weekly updates,liasing between buyers & sellers solicitors!

7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)A fantastic service from Harley Banks the mortgage advisor, he demonstrated his understanding and knowledge of a wide wage of mortgages available, finding the best available rates and offers at the time of purchase. Not only was he dealing with a new residential property for me and my partner, but also looking into buy to let mortgages for my current property, along with remortgaging other properties. Taking on the difficulties we encounted, he still went above and beyond to give the best advice to move forward with all mortgage applications. I will certainly be using him again.

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.
