4th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.

21st Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

Michelle and Hannah worked extremely hard always keeping us updated throughout the process from start to finish sometimes out of normal working hours a boutique service to which we would highly recommend. 14th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

30th Nov 2023 (20 weeks ago)Telephoned this Estate Agents to enquire about an apartment they had sold previously , to be told they had no paper or electronic proof on file . Very poor service especially if you have any issues with the sale later . My conclusion would be to use a more efficient agent to sell or buy property .
