8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)It was a slow start with minimal viewings,but eventually we got an offer. After this the agent was always helping us keep on track with weekly updates,liasing between buyers & sellers solicitors!
18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)As a buyer, Robinson Hornsby were brilliant throughout the process. They kept us up to date with any progress on the sale via email. The staff were very polite and professional. We would definitely want to use them if we were selling a property.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

7th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A fantastic service from Harley Banks the mortgage advisor, he demonstrated his understanding and knowledge of a wide wage of mortgages available, finding the best available rates and offers at the time of purchase. Not only was he dealing with a new residential property for me and my partner, but also looking into buy to let mortgages for my current property, along with remortgaging other properties. Taking on the difficulties we encounted, he still went above and beyond to give the best advice to move forward with all mortgage applications. I will certainly be using him again.

Each and everyone of the staff have gone above and beyond for myself and my husband. They have kept us informed at every step and opportunity throughout the selling process and nothing has been a bother, they are curtious, polite and have helped us throughout so much so we recommended them to a friend and neighbour who are also selling through the branch. We just want to say a massive thankyou from myself, my husband and family for everything, you all have been priceless throughout. Thankyou ??????

He knew everything about the house, went into detail in each room, simple things that other estate agents don't mention such as the age of the windows etc. Was also able to answer every question.

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Redroots for a smooth, reassuring and efficient sales experience.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. A first-class service from start to hopefully the end of my purchase of my dream home - 10/10!

There were some significant challenges involved as we both live quite far away and therefore couldn’t regularly visit both the agent and the property. From the outset, the advice, communication and support we received from the Northwood team was exceptional. As the property was newly renovated at a considerable cost, they also arranged regular house visits (at a very reasonable cost), to both comply with our insurance policy and give us peace of mind that all was in order. We completed on the property today, and would like to offer our sincerest thanks to the whole team at Northwood Hatfield for their professionalism, dedication and patience. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
