11th May 2018 (6 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.

23rd Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Johns & Co tried to withhold our deposit with very little basis when moving out of our property in Nine Elms. We challenged this and brought it to the TDS, who agreed with us and enforced Johns & Co to pay the full undisputed deposit. I wouldn’t expect shady tactics like this from quite a big letting agent such as Johns & Co. If letting from them, don’t let them swindle you out of your deposit which they most likely do to all tenants. Would never rent from them again after the experience.

29th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.
