As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round

As a trusted partner I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max to my corporate colleagues as they too both search for properties or need a Lettings manager to help run their investment properties. It’s refreshing to meet a consultant with great values and relationships across the business! 5 stars with the service to match!
15th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. 6th Sep 2025 (26 weeks ago)They came to value my property for letting once eight years ago. Since then they have contacted me every year despite me saying I’m not interested and stop contacting me. Yesterday they called me 5 times in quick succession and I told them not interested. Today they have called me again from a different number and emailed me. This is bordering on harassment and I am getting seriously annoyed.
