29th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. From getting viewings through to securing a sale we received ongoing support and were kept fully up speed. Toby worked closely with ourselves and the purchasers to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible and we would not hesitate to use them again. It’s a rare to find such down to earth, responsive and tenacious agents. Thank you Toby!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

19th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.
21st Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Honestly they have been fantastic, probably the best estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff. Thanks again Maddie and Shireen, you have both been amazing ????

One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.
