We had a great experience with Knight and Frank, we had recently moved to London, they helped us finding our first house. Thats a memory we will always have, irrespective even if we change our flat and move onto another. The property was well managed by our property manager (Chervon Pierre) Kudos to her. She promptly answered and resolved our requests. Thanks a lot for all the help and keep up the great service.... Read more

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.... Read more

Peach Property Shoreditch sent me a deal I’ve accepted and placed a deposit to secure the property I was meant to move to, at the beginning, all went well. Turns out I contacted them two weeks before moving date as I still didn’t receive any contract to sign and when they do I ask them two super simple questions I had about the contract – One was about the move in date that has been agreed with their agent, Carrie, to be done on the 30th. Because I was currently living two streets away she assured me that I could come a week earlier to start moving things some days during that week with no issue (as I was next door I could have carried boxes by feet). Anyway, while asking the questions I was dealing with another person called Nick, property manager who’s been completely unhelpful and disrespectful – Firstly Ive been told that if I wanted to come in to move things a week before I had to start the contract earlier even if it was just for one day to move things in – Which I found a bit cheeky since I’ve not been told I had to pay a full week of rent early to do that when I visited the property and placed a deposit for it – And when I asked questions about the contract, they were just not flexible to discuss it and became really irritated and told me to basically take it or leave it and if I wasn’t happy, they’d cancel the deal and put it back on the market. Of course I wanted to move in this flat more than anything (and would be homeless a week after if I didn’t!) plus I was travelling abroad for work! I tried to call them about 5 time to discuss the issues – but no one answered. Which lead me to receive an email 5mn after the tentative of calls, telling me they were cancelling the contract because the landlady wasn’t confortable with renting me the property anymore ! It’s truly unacceptable coming from an agency to not support the clients they have as tenants. They never gave me a reason why she cancelled the contract and I’ve been in a really difficult and stressful situation because of that. They’ve offered no help to help me find another place for me and they actually put back the flat on the market for a lot more than it has been offered to me when I visited - Which proves clearly the reason why they cancelled the deal was truly to make some more money out of it. If you are a tenant I urge you to look for another agency to work with as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in 10 years living in London and is clearly unacceptable in a human way to do something like that to someone. I’ve contacted the manager – Chris, who had the audacity to tell me that it “doesn’t benefit them in anyway to start the process again as we now also have advertising costs, reference costs and time to try and find a new tenant.” I’ve also mentioned – unless they’d provide any explications or help (they didn’t) – I will make sure I will leave reviews online to report their attitude and way to treat tenants and they’ve mentioned they will take actions against me if I was doing this because it would be “false claims” when all I’m doing is stating what happened to me to make sure this never happens to someone else because it’s been an awful and disgusting experience.... Morgan Randall - Canary Wharf

I was looking for a flat to rent in Isle of Dogs and therefore, I made viewing requests through rightmove.co.uk. Holly Jenson from Morgan Randall gave me a call to understand my requirements - likes and dislikes about a flat- and accordingly later on, she booked a series of viewing appointments for me. In addition to this, she was updating me with availability of those flats and was also giving me timely reminder about the viewings. I found her very good in her knowledge about the area and specifications of the apartments. I really liked her approach and it really helped me to decide further. Though, I didn't manage to get the flat from her recommendation, but I liked the way she approached the problem and handled it quite effectively. I rate her very high in her skills. Thanks for your help.... Read more

We lived in a Morgan Randall managed property for almost 3 years. Aside from the initial positive impression from the sales/lettings team, everything quickly went downhill once the lease was signed. A simple task, such as adding another name to the lease, took several months as property managers either never responded or took a long time, and every time you try to give them a call, they'd be on "lunch break" and nowhere to be found. Similarly, it took them a couple of months and several chase-ups to fix our broken shower, along with other issues. After the initial duration, they tried to raise our rent to an above-market rate despite our argument that there were several other available properties being marketed at lower prices. The quality of the check-in report was lacking, and resulted in us being deemed responsible for damages that were "suddenly found" as the check-out report was (of course) significantly more detailed and thorough. It then took several weeks of back and forth before they agreed to approximately halved the value of the "damages" they claimed were done by us, which is truly telling. All in all, a terrible experience. Stay away.... Read more

She's also very professional and answers emails almost immediately. Finally the agency got someone who really cares about customers. Thank you Monique!... Read more

WORST AGENCY TO DEAL WITH I have rented for a couple of years now and it has all been with private landlords up until I rented with this company. I wish I didn't move in and stuck to a private landlord. I am writing this review to warn you all not to trust agencies like this. They aren't organised. They could not care less about individuals and complaining has literally got me no where. I'm saddened to think companies can treat you like this. The day we checked in the flat wasn't professionally cleaned. That had to be done whilst we were moving in after I complained. 2 weeks later I had to phone the police and complain to the agency as a large piece of furniture had been moved whilst me and my partner were out work - a break in. Nothing was done and I had to pay to get the locks changed as they weren't changed prior to us moving in! I had to incur the cost !! Like I said I complained and nothing was done. The agency even admitted the locks were changed before that last tenants. We had no access to the underground car park for over a month. As the agency forgot to provide us the key !!! This took so long after constant emails to the agency and broken promises. We finally got the key !! But tonight is the icing on the cake. I am 8 month pregnant and we have had no water to the apartment for 6 hours. I called complete and they said they will send someone which they did this person told me to ring Thames water. Which I did. After waiting for 4 hours the leak is in the building so I will need to ring complete again which I did. I have just got off the phone to the out of hours department and spoke to someone who only help was that he will log the call and pass on to the office in the morning !!!! I explained I am 8 months pregnant and I have no use of water or the bathroom for 6 hours and he classes this as non urgent. I explained to him there is a major leak in the building which he then gave me a phone number of someone who he couldn't even give me a name of the person who I will be calling ! I rang this person and they had no idea why I was calling. I rang complete again and explained and all he could offer was to log for the tomorrow. Prior to moving in I was promised there is an emergency out of hours service who will help. FALSE. !!!! Tonight proved it. When renting with a private landlord I have had an identical situation happen to me. Out of hours someone came and fixed it. Renting is expensive as it is all you expect back apart from a roof over your head is someone to be there to help with an emergency at any time. Complete can not. And do not do that. It is now almost midnight and I am looking to book a hotel. The worst part is that I can't talk to anyone in the company as no one seems to care. I have spoken to a manager about the break in incident and nothing came of it. I asked for directors names and they were never given. With everything it's time to take legal advice. Stick to private landlords. Think about the service you will get after you have checked in. I have never had an issue with a private landlord. I will never chose and agency again.... Read more

A new office location for Dexters who had taken over my previous letting agency. I dealt mainly with Alex for finding a new tenant. The service was smooth, I was kept informed about viewings and they found a good tenant in the required time. The company, in particular Colin Neale, also helped with, and he was very pro-active in handling, a non paying tenant, which was resolved satisfactory due to his persistence.... Read more
