I just renewed my contract for another year, and the agent Niema Osman was brilliant. She responded to my email within minutes and set-up the necessary paperwork in no time. She followed up with my landlord and everything sorted within the day. In addition when I did call her back just to query a few things, i was put through to her ASAP, no delays or fuss. Very polite and helpful, a great service all round.

We lived in a Morgan Randall managed property for almost 3 years. Aside from the initial positive impression from the sales/lettings team, everything quickly went downhill once the lease was signed. A simple task, such as adding another name to the lease, took several months as property managers either never responded or took a long time, and every time you try to give them a call, they'd be on "lunch break" and nowhere to be found. Similarly, it took them a couple of months and several chase-ups to fix our broken shower, along with other issues. After the initial duration, they tried to raise our rent to an above-market rate despite our argument that there were several other available properties being marketed at lower prices. The quality of the check-in report was lacking, and resulted in us being deemed responsible for damages that were "suddenly found" as the check-out report was (of course) significantly more detailed and thorough. It then took several weeks of back and forth before they agreed to approximately halved the value of the "damages" they claimed were done by us, which is truly telling. All in all, a terrible experience. Stay away.
