Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.
18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

Lisa was incredible and showed me the property right there and then whilst giving me (a newbie to Scotland) amazing advice. She turned the stressful experience of finding a flat, into an exciting process for me and I’m very grateful. Can only recommend!

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

21st Aug 2023 (1 year ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.

The team at Glow Homes were excellent and they worked tirelessly to ensure potential buyers could view the property and because of their commitment they secured multiple offers and a quick and stress free sale.

At one stage we had a buyer pull out and Debbie managed to get it back on the market and sold very quickly. It turned what could have been a very stressful experience in to a much simpler process. We always felt that Debbie was available when required, covered things we hadn't even considered, and kept everything moving and on track in a way that I don't think I'd have been confident on a chain estate agent doing. It was a very personal touch, and we're very grateful to Debbie for all the work she put in. I'll definitely pass her name on to anyone I know who is looking to sell.
10th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have bought 2 properties with Gavin and Arrowhead after trying 3 different well reviewed mortgage brokers and from my experience I can say that they are by far the best on the market. Where others fall short with late replies and lack of attention to detail Gavin and his team excel, with the combination excellent knowledge, very timely replies and honesty (everything is discussed and there are no surprise charges). If you are looking to Buy/Sell a property or to have your rental properties managed, I believe Arrowhead offers the best service at very competitive prices.
