14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
16th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.

Lynsey was our main contact and she did a great job and keeping g communication flowing and answering any concerns we had. Would 100% use next time

1st Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)The Property Store provided great support and experienced advice in a very professional manner. The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.

They are an established company who went out of their way to offer me speedy and stress free transactions. I highly recommend them and I am delighted with their professional and personal service. Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 3rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)So far so good if sale concludes on 21/12. Agent was very helpful with suggestions to improve the flat and very realistic about sale price. They also dealt with viewings and arranged a quick closing date Don’t have final bill yet but we were provided with a breakdown of costs

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
23rd May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Excellent experience with Ross Yates. He was straightforward to deal with and kept us up to date from beginning to end. He gave us very good advice on how to present the house. He is a qualified surveyor so had a good eye to reassure re minor issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. We dealt with him alone from beginning to end (not like the larger agencies) and he did all the viewings himself from early morning to late evening seven days a week if needed.

Excellent client service, really personalised, and Roscoe has excellent knowledge of the market. From the initial meeting through to marketing and selling (in just over a week) we couldn’t have been any happier. Roscoe and Morgan checked in along the way, sent updates, and kept in touch until the sale went through. Viewers also commented on the service and referred to the team by name - I haven’t had that with any other estate agent. Excellent service and value for money, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roscoe and the team..png)
