24th Dec 2024 (25 weeks ago)Kirkintilloch like many of their branches once they have done a deal they dont care. Went into branch Kirsten quite happily chewing the fat and not even thinking Im a professional. I am collecting keys and the Valuer listening to a colleague planning her social life instead of looking after Buyer and Seller. No that would interfere with her social life. Phoned earlier on week and everything a trial and chore. No wonder Estate Agents get a bad rep. Seriously I wish I had the luxury of doing the bare minimum. World has gone nuts time and place and standards have stayed at lowest levels ... Covid and any other excuse is the fall back. We live in a era where it would good to not have to complain and expect professionalism . Yet at no time did she think you know what this guy is stressed and buying a new house apologise . We all make mistakes and its about accountability . I may have overreacted however I am the customer and Countrywide's liveliehood is about paying customers. I sold that property via Keys in October, Countrywide did not even feature in my shortlist. They did an amazing Job sellling property for fantastic price allowing me to downsize. Its not what you say its what you do that matters .

17th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)What can I say, I had never sold a house before and heard good things about Kelvin Vally so decided to give them a phone, right from the offset I knew they were the ones for the job, talked me through the process in a professional and friendly manner as well as doing their very best to work round my schedule and when I gave them the keys it seemed like a whirlwind and all of a sudden the house was sold (with regular updates sent to keep me in the loop which was fantastic) I can 100% percent guarantee you will not go wrong using the services of this estate agent, top class service and very nice people. Big thanks to all the team

27th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)When I arrived to see the flat I was buying, I received a warm welcome by Zoe, the estate agent. I was given ample time to look around in order to take everything in, answering any queries I had of the property. The process to put in my offer until completion of the sale was relatively stress free and I was kept informed, step by step until my move in date and beyond. Wrights made sure I settled in OK too . If I ever move again , I would certainly use this estate agent.

10th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)I have bought 2 properties with Gavin and Arrowhead after trying 3 different well reviewed mortgage brokers and from my experience I can say that they are by far the best on the market. Where others fall short with late replies and lack of attention to detail Gavin and his team excel, with the combination excellent knowledge, very timely replies and honesty (everything is discussed and there are no surprise charges). If you are looking to Buy/Sell a property or to have your rental properties managed, I believe Arrowhead offers the best service at very competitive prices.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
