The worst property agency. Unprofessional, lazy, lying staff. Cannot believe we gave them so many chances (full management as well) and they have repeatedly disappointed us. First of all, they rented out the property to a tenant that made a HOLE IN THE WALL (with BLOOD splatter) and also a HOLE IN THE SHOWER TRAY. We told them not to return the deposit until after the repairs are done. Instead, they did exactly the opposite of that. When we pointed this out, they started SHIFTING THE BLAME to us.
Tenant number 2 complained the garage remote stopped working. We were away and had paid Lime for full management. We asked Lime if they have changed the remote for the battery. They claimed to have done this and wanted to charge us £120 for the call out and for a new remote. We insisted they waited a few days util we got home. Meanwhile, they were rudely hassling us about the issue. As soon as we got home, I went to check the remote and was suspicious the batteries were never changed. True enough, all it needed was a new battery. Not only did they LIE about changing the battery, but they tried to CON us out of money!
After Tenant no 2, we decided we had enough and told them we were not continuing with them. We went to collect our keys and remote control. We had to REMIND them there was a remote control, at which point they went RUMMAGING and produced a remote (they claimed it was the only one there). It looked different so we tried it on the garage door- it did not work! They were supposed to tell the council about the change in ownership and I repeatedly CHASED them about this but did not get a response. Finally, I received a letter from the council to charge me for the council tax as well as a FINE for late payment. The council produced evidence that they have contacted Lime several times but not only have Lime NOT told us, they have IGNORED the letters until the final one which was a fine. We wrote a complain to them regarding the above issue and once again, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY and tried SHIFTING THE BLAME between us and the council. Not once did they offer an APOLOGY for their behaviour. This is a company that do not appear to be aware of their RUBBISH customer service or frankly any idea how to do their job.

Another rubbish reply to act as if you want to do something about the situation 1 MONTH after the review when you know who I am, how to contact me and that I have contacted you informing you I am going to put a review before I did so. I would just recommend NOT to use this company.... Read more
