23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Dealt with Charley , the purchase was complicated but Charley dealt with every issue and problem in a very efficient and professional manner. She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out.

However as time went on despite offers to do anything they could for us and help in anyway they could their responses were lacking. We are putting this down to being so busy they didn't have the capacity to help with finer details and we know that their business is expanding quickly but don’t forget the customers that got you there. These are just comments not complaints - we do wish you well going forward.
