James explained the current situation of the local market in detail and provided examples of comparable properties that had recently been sold or were currently being advertised. The valuation provided was clearly explained and was backed up in writing within an hour, which I really appreciated.

She took time to get to know me as a buyer and understand what I needed from my property search. She was proactive and responsive on all communication and a pleasure to view properties with.<br>Many agents don’t give you space to view a house or get to walk around it properly with space and time and then ask questions afterwards! Daisy does! I never felt rushed or hurried and Daisy was always punctual and knowledgeable about each home and seller.<br><br>I will be using Daisy for my next house sale without question and want to thank her for being part of my journey to find the right property.

The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.

From my first conversation with Chris, through to follow up with Phoebe, to check-ins with other members of the team, I have felt reassured by their calmness and professionalism. Accommodating requests to let in tradespeople, chasing up with my buyer, it has all felt so easy. And all without compromising the value of the property either. They are worth every penny of their %. They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Annabell was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for her help in making everything go so smoothly.<br><br>The whole process went really well, and we were able to secure the property around dates that worked comfortably for us. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus. It was reassuring to always know where we stood at each stage.<br><br>I especially appreciated the personalised service.
