Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. Good advice on preparing the house for sale, and useful connections with house clearers, cleaners and auctioneers. Prompt information regarding all visits and offers, and helpful advice to guide our decisions. Worked as a team operation, with other staff members able to cover if the lead contact was out of the office. Would recommend without hesitation.

Good advice all the way and really knew their market. Even Kate the Manager was always on the end of a phone (or Keyboard) to answer any questions and if she or her staff didn't know the answer, they got on the phone and found out. So a huge thanks to all the staff, Frankie, John and the background staff that make things happen quietly in the background.

21st Aug 2024 (29 days ago)These guys have restored my faith in estate agents (well at least V&H homes ) I didn't not expect too much & how wrong was I going to be ! From the word go when Daniel Ransom came to me for a valuation ( & others) , I decided he was ' the one' for me . I made the right choice & he has been amazing , a true professional at all times , no " jack the lad" , no attitude. Being proactive & hard working was well received. I can honestly say he has earned his money. In short I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & his team . Just brilliant! Just for the record , it's very seldom I bother with reviews! ....

A great experience as a buyer, led by Frank and supported by other colleagues throughout the viewing process. Clear and regular communication throughout, which made the purchase side of things very smooth and stress free for us during a tricky and often difficult chain beneath us. Would certainly use Patrick Gardner again when the time comes, and would highly recommended. A nice touch of a card and flowers upon collecting the keys to our new home. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

After going through several agents and one property falling through with another agent barnard marcus were very supportive and I would consider them as a first option if possible for anyone. Thankfully put in touch with Bernice Tully who was exceptionally professional, knowledgable and friendly. She handled everything promptly and advised me throughout the whole process and also got me a great mortgage offer. I am very grateful, thank you BM and Bernice!

These are the most proactive agents I have come across since I started the process in April and we’ve dealt with a few because we’re selling two properties. Nic and Natasha are extremely communicative and break down all the finer details for me. They have time for me on the phone and are not negative about the market like most agents at the moment. Their approach is hardworking and positive which fills me with a lot of confidence. Both Natasha and Nic have given me a lot of market insight and data on my type of property which has been very useful. I look forward to continuing the process with them.
