Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)We worked with the Personal Agent when selling our mother's house and they provided a great service throughout. There was some initial disappointment when it was clear that the house had been overvalued, but they were quick to relist with the updated price. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.<br>We'd like to single out Dan Wallace, who managed the process. He was open and helpful throughout, and managed everything with good humour. We're especially grateful for how considerate he was of my mother's needs, especially as she is older and English is not her first language.<br>Everyone we've spoken to in the team has been friendly and helpful, and they're quick to respond to questions and actually call you back when they say they will! Buying/selling a house is hugely stressful even when everything goes according to plan, and the Personal Agent were a big help in making our experience a little easier. Very happy to recommend.

Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and we went from viewing the property to completion in just two months.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Zoe and the team at Gascoigne-Pees Chessington. We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us. We're very grateful for their hard work and would happily recommend Hamptons.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.<br><br>It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.<br><br>A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here.
