Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

22nd Jul 2026 (14 days ago)This 5 star review goes solely to Jack Wallis who really went out of his way to help me with some issues I personally paid for and getting reimbursed. There is one person in the office though who wasn’t as great, when I went there he tried just telling me to go elsewhere as that wasn’t the correct office for my request when I’m paying almost £3k in rent. Ridiculous. Jack on the other hand is phenomenal and deserves all the praise possible!!!!!
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I instructed Personal Agent on the sale of my house and all the viewings took place on an open day. I received 4 offers after the open day and accepted the one which I felt was the most keen and in the best position to proceed. My sale was looked after by Paul Davis who was helpful, efficient and professional and helped to move things along smoothly to completion. Thank you Paul and also to Liam and anyone else in the team who assisted. I am happy with the service I received from the Personal and would use them again in the future.
22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

14th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)My wife and I are in the process of buying a home in Chessington, and were lucky to have got Gascoigne Pees to help us with this journey.<br>Melissa Warner is the wonderful lady that has been tasked with doing this for us. She has been nothing short of amazing! The first time she met us, we were a bit sceptical on how she was going to treat us, but very quickly got to realize that she was not judging us, and treated us as if she had known us before- like family. She made us feel very comfortable around her and treated us like royalty. No exaggeration! I mean it. She had time to drive us between properties but also dropped us off at Chessington South Station, at her will. We never asked her. How nice was that? What else can someone do for one to be satisfied? Nothing more. Nothing can beat being treated with respect and utter professinalism. Melissa ticks all the boxes of a super professional. She is simply amazing to deal with.

We really felt that they had our best interests at heart. They helped us not only sell our property, but make the right decision for our family on our onward purchase. I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
