12th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)The only quality agents in Bookham and only ones I would recommend if you want to sell. Angela and Nick were exceptional with many years experience between them which meant I trusted their opinions and views, I felt in good hands. They were honest, friendly and had integrity which were not normally words associated with estate agents. I’ve had experience of all agents on Bookham high street but it was only Angela and Nick who really took time to understand my position, listen, advice and stay in contact even if there wasn’t much of an update. They went above and beyond providing helpful guidance and advice when there were hiccups and quite crucially helping communicate between parties when things weren’t moving as quickly as desired - most agents don’t do this and pass it off to sales progressors. I have particularly valued having a relationship with Nick and Angela from start to finish which separates Huggins from the bigger chains. Maintaining relationship and contact between vendor and buyer is the difference between selling and not selling both did this exceptionally well. Special mention to Angela who gave me a lot of her time when things got stressful but they both had patience of saints. Nick and Angela would be my first choice for selling again and highly recommend to others.
17th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We did the purchase of our properties with Patrick Gardner Ashtead and they were relógio all throughout the purchase. Giving me weekly updates of where we were. We also had a nice little treat of free COOK meal voucher and flowers ????
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I lost 4 moths and 7k in fees because of misrepresentation. They fail to ask or choose to hide basic facts prior to listing a property causing a lot avoidable stress when you work with the right agent.This is fraud in the name of business Buyer be aware! Stay away.

She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Communication has been brilliant too - if we had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I would recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
