We booked the viewing in the morning, had a look over the place in the afternoon, sent an offer the next day, and got accepted in like one hour later. 23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We just bought our house through Curchods, with Ronnie as our agent and he was brilliant. He had all the information we needed and chased anything down that he wasn't sure of. The communication was consistent so we were constantly updated, and if we needed anything he would chase it up for us. Quite a rare experience! The whole process was enjoyable and we even received a gift as a house warming. If you are selling and you need an agent, choose Curchods. If you're buying, hope that the place is listed with Curchods.

He speaks in everyday language not estate agent-eez, he has been exceptionally responsive and has kept me updated throughout. I honestly could not have wished for more. His persistence and cool head on one of the properties helped secure a higher than asking price in market that was in steady decline at the time. Thank you, thank you and once more thank you.

Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you- 20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell . However ,my real issue was lack of communication . A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed . The photos of house were great mind you !
