Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Karen was very friendly and professional all through the process and communication was swift and affective. Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Communication was clear, prompt, and responsive throughout the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience I’ve had. The level of customer service and care really stood out, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.<br><br>A special shout-out to Lily for her fantastic customer service and support throughout the process. She was brilliant from start to finish.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We had an excellent experience with the Hamptons Kingston office—professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the letting process. We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us. We're very grateful for their hard work and would happily recommend Hamptons.

3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very good experience at Davies Property Agents in Claygate when selling a house recently. They found a choice of buyers within a week of listing and the transaction completed without trouble within a good time frame. Davies Property, in particular George and Rocco, were incredibly helpful with providing access to the house during the purchase period for various necessary services when I was unable to attend. It really helped having a local agent who knows the area so well and provides a positive and enthusiastic interface to seller and buyer. Recommend.

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. They have always been very helpful, supporting in finding the right tenants, managing all maintenance requirements and making the whole process run smoothly. He was absolutely outstanding.<br>His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. They’re an independent business and it really shows — they’re completely different from the stereotypical estate agent. No hard sell, no nonsense, just genuinely lovely, normal people who actually care and go the extra mile.<br><br>They’ve been brilliant throughout both the rental and sale process, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.<br><br>Would 100% recommend Village Properties to anyone looking to rent or sell!

17th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)Our initial conversations with Chris were very positive. However, once the price was agreed and we decided to proceed, our experience changed considerably. We were passed over to Andy, who recommended his solicitor to the seller, which in our experience contributed to the process being delayed by several weeks. We then faced further uncertainty regarding the shape and extent of the land, including being informed that what we were purchasing appeared to differ from the Land Registry documents. Naturally, this led to further questions and discussions from our side. Unfortunately, during one of these conversations, Andy became extremely rude and made comments that I would not wish any buyer to hear. Purchasing a home is already an emotional and stressful process, and I would expect an estate agent to understand that and communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully, particularly when there are genuine concerns about what is actually being purchased. The only reason we continued with the purchase was because we had built a very good relationship directly with the seller. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this estate agent unless you have very limited alternatives.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
