Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Profit oriented only! They don’t care about any damage that can caused to people life’s. The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

Richard was immensely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and Matthew consistently provided professional yet friendly advice, keeping everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Richard’s calm and intelligent approach made what could have been a stressful journey feel remarkably straightforward. He is a great facilitator, always composed, constructive, and ready to help. Both he and Matthew clearly know the local area well and were able to recommend reliable local trades when we needed them. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the agency and would highly recommend them.

We were treated very well and never felt rushed or as “one of many”buyers. Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.
9th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. We were also really impressed with the quality of their listing, the photos and description looked far better than those of other estate agents. I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!
