I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Daniel was extremely well-mannered, communicated clearly at every stage, and immediately understood my needs and taste in property. What stood out the most was the genuine care and honesty shown towards customers. It is very important to feel respected and understood when making such an important decision, and he made the experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Thank you again for the excellent service — truly professional from start to finish.

The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.
16th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)The Marsh and Parsons team led by Phil Coombes at the Barnes office can be recommended without hesitation based on my family's experience. The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.

Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

The guys were very friendly and helpful.- 11th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Within 5 months of initial agent contact, the family home has been sold and a new home purchased, with relatively minor fuss, in a still challenging property market. Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

Right from the initial valuation through to completion, the entire team was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Zoe, who led on the sale of our property, went above and beyond to market the property effectively and kept us updated after every single viewing. Selling a house can be stressful, but Zoe's excellent communication and proactive approach with the solicitors made the whole process as seamless as possible. A fantastic service from a great team.
26th May 2026 (26 days ago)An excellent experience as a buyer through Matthew Pierce. Richard was our contact throughout and gave an exceptional personal service. Matthew stepped in when Richard was unavailable, offering the same fantastic service. A very quick process (from offer to completion in approx 2 months). A few delays along the way caused by myself due to working full time & juggling family life, and my solicitor; but Richard & Matthew were on hand to help, explain & smooth things over. Tracy provided excellent support to the team. The property we bought was vacant so we asked if we could get access from exchange to complete a few jobs/decoration. Matthew spoke to the vendor & this was granted enabling us to get ahead of the game in making this our family home. In summary, an excellent buyer experience, clear communication throughout & I would highly recommend the whole team at Matthew Pierce

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! 4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)From the very beginning, when my partner and I were looking to rent around Surbiton, Winkworth have been absolutely outstanding, the communication and service have been truly 5 star worthy even after the tenancy has started. I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.
