Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

7th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I honestly can't thank the team at John D. Wood Esher enough.<br><br>Selling up can be incredibly stressful, but Alex made such a difference. She sold my property and stayed with me every step of the way through to completion. I was never passed from person to person or handed over to a back-office team – Alex took ownership from start to finish, and that continuity was invaluable.<br><br>What also really impressed me was the whole team. Whoever I spoke to always knew exactly what was going on, so I never felt like I had to repeat myself or chase for updates.<br><br>There were a few twists and turns along the way, but throughout it all the communication was excellent. Everything was handled with professionalism, but also with genuine kindness, understanding and support. It never felt like I was just another sale.<br><br>A special thank you to Michael as well. He never gave up on me, even when my property was with other agents. In the end, he and the team stepped in, got the house sold and saw it through successfully.<br><br>I'm so grateful to Alex, Michael and everyone at John D. Wood Esher. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and for making what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Thank you Ben.- 11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Within 5 months of initial agent contact, the family home has been sold and a new home purchased, with relatively minor fuss, in a still challenging property market. Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.
