Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely.
Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand.
I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

22nd May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.
22nd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Not a good experience. Not that many of the other agents were much better. This experience is proof that agents are people of limited abilities who merely show houses in addition to Rightmove as the main source of footfall. When it came to any complications with the sale they were utterly incompetent and used UK law as a get out giving all the power to the buyer. We lost tens of thousands of pounds and were left with significant ill health due to the lack of urgency, support and professionalism in order to get the buyer to complete in time. It took an age and a lot of money and stress to sell. If you are unfortunate enough to be in a position to sell when you have bought with Help to Buy then they do not have the knowledge to support you with this. The only reason they have two stars is the fact that we sold. But it was a painful and expensive experience and the £5000 fee should have been halved. Appalling service. Will never use them again.- 23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)From the outset the sales team at Curchods approached selling our house with professionalism and enthusiasm. The current market is challenging and the journey to a successful outcome has been tricky, throughout the team have remained positive and supportive. They have handled the process with determination and tenacity whilst always taking our views and needs in to account. A difficult process but we always felt in safe hands with the sales team at Curchods. Thank you to everyone there.

I had a great experience with Gascoigne-Pees Esher during my property purchase. A special thank you to Tom Butler, who was proactive and supportive from start to finish. He regularly followed up with the solicitors and vendor, kept everyone informed, and helped move things along through each stage of the process.
Tom was approachable, responsive and always willing to help. His commitment and communication made a real difference during what can be a stressful time. A big shout-out to Tom for going above and beyond, and thank you to the Gascoigne-Pees team for their support.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.
31st Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)We honestly couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new family home.
It certainly wasn't the most straightforward sale and purchase, with plenty of challenges along the way, but from start to finish the whole team was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive.
A special thank you has to go to Aaron, who was our main point of contact throughout. He was absolutely outstanding.
His communication was excellent, he was always available to answer our questions, he kept us updated every step of the way and was proactive in chasing things whenever progress stalled. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful process.
We are absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful for everything Aaron and the team did to help us get here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Special shout out to David Harvey who was especially courteous and polished. His knowledge and experience reassured us throughout, but more than anything, he just picked up the phone to keep contact going.
A lack of communication can highlight exactly why people can have a bad opinion on estate agents, the difference here is you are instructing passionate professionals who are genuinely interested in property and your best interests.
There wasn’t even the opportunity to worry about particulars because David would touch base to fill us in before such questions could be asked.
The whole team supported us throughout, but David brought in a good buyer and within just 5 weeks we had accepted an offer on our property.
I can’t recommend Martin & Wheatley highly enough and they absolutely schooled the bigger names on how to do their jobs.

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. The initial meetings and expectations with Anna were realistic and worked really well. The liaising and sale of my house was organised and handled by Milda who was the most kind, empathetic and caring individual I could have asked for. When it was difficult and I felt anxious Milda was amazing at smoothing everything and being really honest and communicative. I have recommended Chase to anyone I speak to who is selling their house ??????

14th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Renting through Devenports has genuinely been a breath of fresh air. We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.
They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.
It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
