11th May 2024 (1 year ago)Janice has always taken time to answer our queries, and provide updates - even when there aren’t any available. We feel she has always provided honest and accurate advise. Joeley took outstanding images and presented the property in its best light.
19th Aug 2019 (6 years ago)Awful in so many ways. Could be extremely difficult to deal with, whilst being patronising and rude. Tried to charge me for fees even when they weren’t legal any more. Got into a big dispute with them and after proving myself right they chose to simply ignore me and the whole issue rather than apologise or make amends. The landlord at my property kept increasing rent every time I renewed. Had many issues with the flat itself and it was poorly maintained and decorated to begin with. They act like customer service is important to them but really, all that matters is money and getting as much of it as possible. The tenant does not matter to these people.
22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

19th May 2024 (1 year ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.

They are extremely professional, communicative, approachable, flexible and honest in their approach. They work to suit yours and potential buyers availability which is such a refreshing change.
