Ash in lettings was so helpful through the renting process and communication from Victoria was excellent whilst we were selling. Would highly recommend!
10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so. Happy I have now moved to move residential

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. Would recommend Leaders, Warrington.

I would very highly recommend Kuavo.

8th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!

4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I spoke to Lauren today on the phone. I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback about the lovely lady who dealt with my phone call today. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I called to enquire about arranging a viewing and ended up having such a helpful and enjoyable conversation with her. As I am not from Liverpool, I was looking for some guidance on different areas, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and insightful. She took the time to talk through various options with me, answer my questions, and offer helpful suggestions that I genuinely appreciated. What could have been a simple enquiry turned into a really reassuring and informative conversation. In a world where people are often quick to complain and slow to compliment, I felt it was important to recognise exceptional service when I receive it. She was genuinely warm, helpful, and caring, and she is a real credit.
2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)

30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
