6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT USE: Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are rude and belittling. Concerns are not dealt with in a timely or effective manner. Staff have frequently hung the phone up and they have no urgency or understanding of maintenance issues. I would highly recommend you use a different estate agent. We have had sewage left in our garden for weeks, multiple leaks throughout the house with the maintenance team they sent using toilet paper to block gaps in the shower. The list of issues is endless.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Recently, I had a negative experience with Estate Agency 349 Woodchurch Road, Prenton, Merseyside, CH42 8PE, regarding the sale of a house. I do not recommend them due to their extreme inexperience, unfriendly demeanor, slow response times, irrelevant questioning, excessive interference, and lack of understanding regarding legal requirements. I informed them that I could provide a completion letter and proof of address of where I live currently when necessary, but they seemed unaware of these basic requirements. Overall, I would advise against dealing with them as it was a waste of time.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%
26th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.
3rd May 2024 (5 days ago)Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much

Our experience was a really positive one especially working with Rob Greenwood who was a complete gentleman who could not do enough to assist and help get our sale over the finish line. We will be forever g5raqteful and would recommend Leaders.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

9th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored. I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.

They kept me up to date with where my purchase was up to, the communication and answers to my questions were speedy and efficient, and the people I spoke to made a stressful time a much more pleasant experience. I would work with Lyon’s estates again, thank you Team, especially Laura and Liz :)
