25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I have had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Jones & Chapman, and I feel compelled to warn other tenants.<br><br>Despite repeatedly reporting ongoing health and safety issues in the property, Jones & Chapman have consistently refused to take meaningful action. Serious problems that pose risks to our wellbeing have been ignored for months, leaving us living in unsafe conditions with no urgency or accountability from the agency.<br><br>Customer service has been equally unacceptable. The staff have been rude and most unprofessionalI have ever dealt with. Their behaviour has been dismissive, confrontational, and at times blatantly dishonest. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they have made the situation significantly worse with poor communication and a complete lack of respect for tenants, by advising the landlord that the house is in great condition. Also trying to contact them and speak to someone is impossible, nobody ever answers and calls you back from a voicemail left. If I could give zero stars I would.<br><br>Jones & Chapman have shown:<br>- No commitment to tenant safety<br>- No willingness to carry out essential repairs<br>- No professionalism in their customer service<br><br>I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. This has been the worst letting experience I have ever come across. If I could give no stars I would.

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I was under Northwood for 3 and a half years I am not the type to leave a review but I think to help others if their considering using them, Tennent, landlord whoever I would massively reconsider. They are the most rude and unprofessional estate agent I have ever come across. They take between 5-6 months to sort maintenance issues or sometimes just leave you without it being sorted. They don’t understand safeguarding or they just don’t care, there has been times iv been on the phone to a staff member from Northwood reporting an issues and mid conversation she started talking to someone else in the office, so she clearly wasn’t listing to me, all they say is we will call you back and never do, god knows what they do in that office because they don’t seem to work, they have put my rent up after every inspection without any improvement by them on the house I was in, and this is the worst part. Even the person who owned the property wasn’t happy with they was they worked and had to go through the hassle of getting rid of them and getting a new estate agent on board to manage the house as they wasn’t competent to do so. Northwood caused me alot of stress and I would never ever use them again is rather live in a tent !!!!
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)David Davies successfully sold my house within 3 weeks! Ben came and valued, agreed next steps, took fantastic photos, including with a drone. When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. Selling my late sister’s property while living abroad seemed like a massive, stressful challenge for me but Brooks made the entire process much easier. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. I am so grateful, as they made what seemed like a difficult situation much easier than expected.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

16th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Keir, the Findyoureden represtative ,that visited us was well prepared and very personable young man with all the information regarding the valuation of the house, he explained the process clearly and concisely and left us with all the information to allow us space to make our decision, Once we decided he returned within a week and did all the photographs which were professional and represented our house in its best light. Within hours of it going on sale we had 3 viewings and as we had booked a holiday we left them to do all the viewings while we relaxed on the beach, genius?????? Before the week was out we had had 2 offers and ,after a last and final offer, accepted a very good price, over our expectations, Throughout the process the communication by all the team has been superb. All information and help was given promptly and when I asked for advice I was given clear answers that really helped. I couldn’t give a high enough recommendation of the whole team to a prospective seller. Thankyou you’ve all been brilliant
