His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. 4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.

As I was out of town during the sale, they went out of their way to help by arranging cleaning and resetting the electric meter. They gave honest advice about not spending money on unnecessary improvements and always responded to my emails promptly.<br><br>A reliable, helpful and professional team who made the whole process much easier. I would happily recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I had to wait 3 hours for them to hand over the keys because they said they were doing the inventory and cleaning. When I finally got to the flat, it was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They’re absolutely disgusting. I moved in on Monday, 12th October, and the house was dirty then and it’s STILL dirty to this day. They literally do nothing about it. The kitchen is absolutely filthy. My sister and I had to clean up our bedrooms just so we could sleep comfortably. Like, how disgusting is that?! I don’t even use the bathroom because it’s so dirty. We had to clean one of them ourselves just so we could shower and stuff. I can’t even cook because the kitchen is so disgusting, so I’ve been eating out EVERY SINGLE DAY since 12th October!!! I regret moving here so much
