Ash in lettings was so helpful through the renting process and communication from Victoria was excellent whilst we were selling. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I would very highly recommend Kuavo.

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish. Had to chase up feedback from viewings initially , but then worked well in securing sale and kept in contact with progress.- 29th May 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time. The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success. I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!
