I bought a off plan unit from Aspen Woolf in a residential development in Manchester to be built by Pinnacle Alliance. 3 years later we have no building or pay our deposit back. A total SCAM and fraud. I lost my life savings. A word of advice before you pay any money , make sure you are dealing with a company with credit and morals.
Having been in touch with the staff at the City Centre Office, i can honestly say that the staff at this office are very capable, pleasant and courtious and take the time for their clients. Having dealt with the staff there i would highly recommend your company again.
Absolute joke of a company. Had a viewing at Waterloo Warehouse, had no confirmation call on the day although it was confirmed a couple of days earlier via text. Turned up five minutes before my viewing and gave them a call to ask where to go as I had no instructions and was advised the viewer would come down and meet me. Waited a further 15 minutes in the rain and still nothing so I called back into the office and they advised they where unable to get in touch with the viewing agent. Terrible service when looking for an apartment.
I have recently rented a property through Reeds Rains lettings agent and the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the move in process quick and easy. I look forward to my tenancy with them as the managing agent.
We were very interested in a flat, and had booked a visit. But it was cancelled and they never called back. So we've been to the agency to schedule another appointment and they said they will keep us in touch to reschedule the visit, but they never did. (They had our email address and phone number) Really bad agency. We were ready to take the flat but they didn't seem to care too much

My friend and I arrived ten minutes earlier to our meating, and the agent was already there. We have booked only one viewing, but he showed us the two properties they had in the building because he tought we would be interested in viewing both and he was right.
He explained everything we needed to know and everything we asked about the apartment, the area, bills, etc.
Poor service. Flat was meant to be furnished on moving in, no furniture when I moved in and had to wait a week without furniture, no apology. When my key broke I was given an incorrect key to the front door. Left with no other response than to try each key at the office to see what worked. This is not feasible as I work long shifts during the day so now I'm unable to access my flat. Disappoibted, won't be using again
I have found Venmores very helpful and friendly. All the staff I deal with explain things clearly. I have had some problems with tenants but everything has been explained to me and and I have been kept in touch with what is going on. I would recommend them.
I let a flat with this agency. It was worst experience ever. After report an issue many times with the hot water, I was let down without hot water in the shower till November. 28 days without hot water. I made million phone calls but nothing was done because they didn't consider this as an emergency.
Same situation with boiler many times.
Very poor management and problem solving.
