She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx
10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so. Happy I have now moved to move residential

The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

6th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Recently just sold and completed on my sale yesterday with Whitegates. I found the whole process a smooth from start to finish. We were first time buyers when we purchased so we had never been through the whole selling aspect. I was very impressed by the photography (even though I was a pain on the day sorry James!) I used Whitegates recommended solicitor called Simply conveyancing and also found them brilliant. They were initially a little more expensive than others but the whole concept of their app completely changed our process. We used a local solicitor 2 years ago on our purchase and all I can say is it’s definitely worth the extra. Massive thankyou to Christian, James & the team!

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. Would recommend Leaders, Warrington.

From the moment Dan came to value the house we had a good feeling about the agency. Modern, slightly different, and most importantly – a level of openness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in today’s world. The photos were excellent and the property was quickly on the market. From there Becky picked up the reins. She has been outstanding – keeping us updated throughout the process, offering useful suggestions and ultimately finding a buyer for a much-loved family home. A true professional and a credit to Minors & Brady. Thank you to everyone in the Caister office – we look forward to this sale reaching a successful conclusion. And, if you’re reading this review wondering which agent to choose – give Minors & Brady a try – with an average score of 4.8 over 612 reviews, you won’t be disappointed.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
