Needless to say, my property was sold and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome - both financially and circumstantially - which is why I wish to enthusiastically recommend their services.

Terrible experience with Harry Harper. It started when made us sign and pay for an insurance that according to them, it was mandatory (1 year after, they said it wasn't after all). We had a wide variety of problems in the flat we were living: broken mattress, leaks in the bathroom and a broken sofa. No effort was made to sort effectively this issues. The leak in the bathroom was sorted 1 year after we moved to the house and the sofa was sorted by the landlord (after we were threatened by the agency that we had to pay for a new sofa...). The mattress was never sorted, even though the strings were broken and it was in a 'V' shape. After several visits to the office to try to sort this issue, I was told in an improper way that we wouldn't receive a new mattress. This ended when we received via mail, a letter stating that we had to leave the apartment in the end of the tenancy agreement. Also, their maintenance services are dreadful. For several times we had appointments scheduled that no one showed up and we weren't noticed. Finally, the general rudeness and lack of sympathy of the staff in the Albany office is shameful. Poor service. Flat was meant to be furnished on moving in, no furniture when I moved in and had to wait a week without furniture, no apology. When my key broke I was given an incorrect key to the front door. Left with no other response than to try each key at the office to see what worked. This is not feasible as I work long shifts during the day so now I'm unable to access my flat. Disappoibted, won't be using again

I have been dealing with Sean (Property Investment Consultant) and Emma (Client Care Manager), and I am happy with both of them for their caring and honesty. Also, Francine (Office Manager) is keeping updated with the progress of the project in a monthly basis. I met Sean in Manchester in July 2017, where he picked me up from the hotel and showed the project, the developer office (Beech Holding) and showed me a display apartment for the developer in another building with similar finish to my apartment that I bought. I highly recommend RW Invest to anyone who is planning to make real estate investment in the UK.

Absolutely hate ASCEND. Since the very beginning it was hard to get in touch with them either by email or phone. I always had to CHASE them like some kind of psychopath. During the rental they have emailed me about being late in payments - I paid for these 6 months upfront in October. Brilliant mess there guys. I also have inspection which I wasn’t aware of, but the guy said several time I should get email from the office - I didn’t. Best to come, just bare with me. 1. I was renting in Liverpool @ Alexandra Tower, from October to April - technically to March. I moved out earlier but I closed up all bills & payed everything till the end date on the agreement which is April. STILL once I got back like a week or two before check out date (10th of April) to clean and take rest of my belongings I found up that they disabled my fob key. LIKE WHAT THE HECK ? Guy who works on the desk let me in and informed that ASCEND removed me from the address already. How dared they if I paid till April and I still had my keys ? Which obviously I used to get into the apartment to take my stuff and then I left. 2. After the key was returned in the office I was expecting check out inspection on 10th of April - which didn’t happen till next two days in which I had to chase them daily about updates. Then the report was an absolutely a joke as they were trying to pin on me ridiculous things ?? luckily I took photos and videos on my move in date and reported it both ways by email and phone call so I had proofs of it. First, they tried to charge me for a broken window, then for two nails in the wall and bad state of walls in general. FUNNIEST thing was that this broken window was mentioned in the inventory (made by them) and these nails were on the pictures (taken by them in September) which I got before I even decided to rent this flat. On these photos you could clearly see two paintings hanging on the wall (which left nails marks obviously) and rest of the marks and scratches all around. But who cares right? I guess they were trying to check who’s an idiot & who will pay for whatever they say. This was 2 weeks BATTLE proving them wrong and when I was about to file dispute which I told them I will do, they agreed with what I was saying. Don’t mention I even had to send them a video where you could see still wet floor from cleaning, because they wanted to charge me for not leaving the apartment clean . HORROR 3. Now it’s been a week after they “passed the information about deposit release to accountants team” and I still haven’t receive the money. I emailed them what’s going on and still didn’t get the answer for my question. WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT. The lady I always had to chase is Fiona Trigg. The guy I had battle with about the deposit is Adam Mack. I’m pretty sure this review will end up nowhere and time to get back my money off them will be extended now but.... You guys just do yourselves a favour and DO NOT DEAL with Ascend, or if you do, make sure you have tons of photos and videos and proofs of the state of the property you moved in. Otherwise you will lose big.

Awful estate agents rude staff unhelpful and unprofessional! They are only interested in your money and they lie to you and keep you strung along! Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off!!! They Put my house on the market without me agreeing to it so they could try and make a fee and they also made me have a price war for a house I was interested in I’m thankful I had a lucky escape !! Be warned !
