After a long time searching and viewing properties, Shari really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find our dream home.<br><br>From finding the property through to guiding us along the process, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. We really felt that we could trust her advice, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.<br><br>Shari, Daisy, James and the whole team have been exceptionally professional, trustworthy and discreet throughout, while still being genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Shari and the Jackson-Stops Alderley Edge team. 28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters

From day one, she was incredibly helpful and supportive, and she made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>She was always willing to help, answer my questions and keep things moving, especially when there were delays and issues with communication. She went above and beyond to help us secure the property and get everything sorted.<br><br>Thank you, Kaitlyn, for making the experience as smooth as possible and for helping us secure our new home. 4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I was under Northwood for 3 and a half years I am not the type to leave a review but I think to help others if their considering using them, Tennent, landlord whoever I would massively reconsider. They are the most rude and unprofessional estate agent I have ever come across. They take between 5-6 months to sort maintenance issues or sometimes just leave you without it being sorted. They don’t understand safeguarding or they just don’t care, there has been times iv been on the phone to a staff member from Northwood reporting an issues and mid conversation she started talking to someone else in the office, so she clearly wasn’t listing to me, all they say is we will call you back and never do, god knows what they do in that office because they don’t seem to work, they have put my rent up after every inspection without any improvement by them on the house I was in, and this is the worst part. Even the person who owned the property wasn’t happy with they was they worked and had to go through the hassle of getting rid of them and getting a new estate agent on board to manage the house as they wasn’t competent to do so. Northwood caused me alot of stress and I would never ever use them again is rather live in a tent !!!!

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back. 1st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Review for Mrs. Paula & Our Landlord I want to leave a heartfelt review for Mrs. Paula from Urban, because she truly deserves it. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.
