Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. 1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)Once I put my property on the market I only received communication from agent to arrange viewings. I did not receive any feedback from the viewings. After the 3rd viewing I rang them for feedback to which they responded that the viewer had not turned up. I could clearly see the viewer and agent entering my property on the security camera. I rang the agent to withdraw my property from the market followed up by an email. At no point did they acknowledge my request by text, email or in writing. I now propose to market with a different agent.

Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.

Also to mention a member of staff by the name of Rachel is extremely rude and does not have full training to work with the public.

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, professional and the most efficient we came across.<br><br>Despite not securing our new home with them, we would like to say a huge thank you for all the help and advice we received from them along the way which helped us navigate the process.<br><br>We’d like to give a special mention to Christine who is an absolute credit to the company and went above and beyond to support and advise us, when searching for a new home seemed to throw repeated curve balls. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

As I was out of town during the sale, they went out of their way to help by arranging cleaning and resetting the electric meter. They gave honest advice about not spending money on unnecessary improvements and always responded to my emails promptly.<br><br>A reliable, helpful and professional team who made the whole process much easier. I would happily recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
