We have found James and his staff to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They are very customer focused and make the process of selling / buying more easy and less stressful. 25th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)Please be very careful as at the end of the tenancy the agency will use any excuse to take the money from your deposit. The way they treated me during the tenancy and after was horrible. They evicted me after my tenancy expired stating that the landlord wants to move in. He never moved in and the property remains empty. So much lies. Staff never want to discuss anything over the phone. Very unprofessional personnel. The worse thing is that they want to take the money from your deposit for damage or defects that were there before. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I do not recommend the to rent from them !!!
15th Oct 2024 (7 days ago)Highly recommended! Ben, Mike and Rob were of great help and support whilst going through the selling process with them earlier this year. From the first valuation visit and photos, through lots of problems and issues caused by 'the other side', to exchange day nightmares with my solicitors, these guys were amazing! Estate agents get a pretty bad rep but I have nothing but good things to say about Leaders Warrington - and Ben, Mike and Rob in particular. They are a huge asset to the company! They will certainly be my first choice of agents should we ever come back to Warrington and buy a house.
12th Oct 2024 (10 days ago)I purchased my property through Acumen 12 years ago, and they have managed the tenancy with long-term tenants who have taken great care of the property. Now, 12 years later, I am in the process of selling the property through Acumen, and I have had nothing but a positive experience. John's passion, knowledge, pricing, and marketing of the property are a testament to his success. Over the years, John and Paula have kept in regular contact, providing me with market updates and have always been responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Acumen and would not choose any other estate agency. Their family-friendly, personable, and no-nonsense approach is why I will continue using Acumen.
18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I have used Aspire in both their sales and letting capacities, and they set themselves miles apart from the rest by providing an honest, trustworthy, reliable and friendly service. A refreshing experience compared to the competition! 10/10, highly recommended by me at all opportunities.

5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

20th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
