9th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)Bought a house advertised by Poole Townsend completing in December last year. They were patient with me asking lots of questions over the course of the sale, and responded to enquiries/worked through their steps within a reasonable amount of time. I especially appreciated the people who were in the office when I went in to collect my keys, as they were really friendly and shared my excitement for my new home! They must see a fair few people come in for keys so it felt really nice that they were still able to smile and celebrate with me!

Open and helpful about showing my friends and family the property I was buying, when I was in New York and couldn't be there. I've done FaceTime with Wendy so much that I feel like she's part of the family! Now I am in my beautiful new home! Highly recommend!

We were let down on this occasion by our solicitors whose communication was poor, this led to unnecessary delays which we know caused a degree of concern from the sellers. Sarah smoothed the way and we got over the line today. We would recommend Lancastrian Estates but avoid CGM Law of Windermere, they’re too slow!
