20th Nov 2025 (23 days ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

Becky guided us with so much clarity and patience, and the whole team were consistently supportive, responsive and professional. Even during the more stressful moments, everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly, which made a huge difference. We always felt looked-after and in safe hands. Highly recommend Ralph Sayer if you want a team who are thorough, approachable and genuinely care about their clients.

28th Nov 2025 (15 days ago)What could you say, worst estate agent ever. Fiona who works there makes her own rules and decides what to take to her clients, she is very selective dependant on her mood. Fiona has an attitude that’s worst than a doctors receptionist. Please please don’t use this estate agents, I have wasted lots of money on solicitors bills for no reason. Only to speak to client direct and find they had no knowledge of my offers. Please there are better estate agents in Ayr. Please read this review as it will save you a lot of time and money. Fiona has a horrible attitude and will easily waste your money.

Kept up to date about sale of my property from Kenny and Katie Brydon was fantastic with the buying of my new property. She explained every step of the process. Would highly recommend Blackwood & Smith to friends.
4th Dec 2025 (9 days ago)Phoned up yesterday to enquire and ask for a quote to carry out the discharge of our property. Spoke to a very helpful girl who then sent an email asking for certain details. She then sent another email which included a form for us to upload id. We did this very easily. Anyway, by lunch time the next day, everything was completed, at a very reasonable price. Thank you Cullen Kilshaw.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Stefan was so knowledge and all aspects of the marketing was carried out with the utmost professionalism, both Stefan and Aisling were very personable in their approach , always contactable and provided a first class service from start to finish.
