10th Sep 2018 (6 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

The staff at Selmans Lettings were fantastic. They were always available to answer my questions and addressed any concerns I had very fast, I have honestly never received service like this from an estate agents firm before. Nick was very helpful in finding me a property that perfectly matched my needs and budget, he made the viewing process so easy and constantly communicated with me when I needed any help, the personal care was great. Thank you to Viktoriia also! Highly Recommended to give Selmans Lettings a shout to anyone looking to rent a property in the area. They made the entire experience positive and hassle-free and went above and beyond. Great Team, Great Staff, Great Agents!!
