We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

We even viewed homes remotely, shot videos and negotiated with landlords for me when I was abroad offline. They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!

They were Always very professional and very prompt with answers .I would like to take this chance and say thank you for everything.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)A terrible experience trying to sell my property.<br><br>It started positively, with promises of numerous interested buyers, an optimistic valuation, a quick initial appointment and glossy marketing materials showcasing their local listings.<br><br>Unfortunately, the service deteriorated from there. I received frequent calls described as “market updates”, despite there being no meaningful update to share. At other times, emails went unanswered and calls were not returned.<br><br>Far too many people seemed to be involved—sales managers, team managers and sales agents—but communication between them was poor. I was repeatedly passed between different people, who blamed one another and failed to follow through on agreed actions.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property.
