We had an asking price offer within 48 hours and true to his word, Barrington found us the ideal house, off-market. Finan navigated us smoothly through the process of moving and the flow of communication meant there were no glitches or surprises. A great team effort from KFH!

24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Ky assisted me in securing a rental property with professionalism and efficiency. Not only did he exhibit an impressive knowledge of the rental market, but his demeanor throughout the process was friendly and accommodating. Ky's attention to detail ensured that all aspects of the rental agreement were clear and satisfactory. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Ky to anyone in search of rental assistance; his dedication to his clients and genuine care for their satisfaction truly sets him apart. In summary, Ky at Tilson and Spencer is not only a great person but also an outstanding professional, and I am grateful for his assistance in finding the perfect rental.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

7th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I purchased my property in London thought David Astburys, and I got a great service from them. Matthew Norris was the agent who showed us the property. From the beginning he was honest and clear with the flat conditions, and he helped us getting a good deal that matched the Seller's and my goals. During the process, he was very responsive (less than 24h in every email), and we were able to see the property multiple times before the exchange of contracts. At the end of the process, the agent Carmen Chong was key to complete under the desired timescales. General feedback/recommendation for the company: provide checklists to first time buyers and develop a better communication system rather than endless email chains.

10th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. 23rd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Foxtons Wood Green are very incompetent. They’ll charge you for days that you haven’t spent in a house. I left the property in March and they insisted that my family had to pay an extra month until April which is absolutely ridiculous. We were over charged £348.60 which, they refuse to refund and they tried to charge us over 4K by accident, how a company could make such a huge mistake will never make sense to me. Dealing with foxtons has been a nightmare and staff are extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend!

He was professional, efficient, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the market and dedication to finding me the perfect place made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely use their services again in the future.
