Buying a first property is always stressful but Ross explained all the processes in detail and made the process so much smoother.<br><br>When we had questions he was able to answer them clearly and really made time for us, he even stayed on extra later outside hours to ensure we understood everything and felt supported.<br><br>He was available to message anytime, was always quick to reply and be open to a phone call to answer any questions we had.<br><br>We would highly recommend choosing Ross.

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)A Fantastic Experience with Ellis & Co<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co, and in particular, we’d like to thank Khalid for all his help and support throughout the whole process of moving into our flat.<br><br>Recently, we had an emergency with one of the sockets that started popping. It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. We highly recommend them! ?????

7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!
