We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I was helping my dad to sell his house, and a friend recommended them as they had recently used them when selling their property and told us that they were really good.<br><br>We looked a few different agents and chose Phillip Alexander because from the first visit they were professional and provided honest advice.<br><br>Bradley and Dominika were absolutely brilliant, they listened to all our needs. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.<br><br>The initial buyer pulled out last minute, and the team found a new buyer less than two weeks later! 13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Based on our experience ,we would highly recommend Petty Son and Prestwich.<br>Catherine who came round to value our house was friendly and professional .Her calm approach helped us initiate the process of selling.<br>Fay who supervised the viewing day took on board all the important details of the house that needed to be passed to potential buyers and ensured the day resulted in many offers.<br>Elaine and Janine ensured that the sale progressed keeping us updated and responding quickly to our questions.<br>Overall we found that the whole process went very smoothly and was relatively stress free.<br>Thank you to the whole team who helped us from start to finish,such that we sold our house a few days after it went on the market.

We were desperate to get everything completed quickly and move into the flat on time, and Hanan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.<br><br>She went above and beyond to help us, was always supportive and responsive, and did everything she could to make sure we got the flat on time. We truly appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Hanan to anyone looking to rent a property.

7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.

She was considerate of our requests, incredibly responsive, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel so easy despite the intensity of the London rental market.
