We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

We even viewed homes remotely, shot videos and negotiated with landlords for me when I was abroad offline. I really appreciate their hard work; they are totally trustworthy.<br>I hope everyone can find their ideal rental property with their help. They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

25th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Great experience with Alexander! After a few failed attempts at viewings and offers for a one-bedroom flat, I got in touch with Foxtons in Islington. I had an appointment with their agent Alexander, who showed me three interesting properties over one hour. It was a great experience, since we moved around with a Foxtons’ car. Alexander was really friendly and helpful and he recommended and arranged for me to go check one of their flagship made-to-rent buildings the following day, which is where I finally decided to move and got a lease signed.
