Florence was also very proactive in showing me other properties, even if they were outside of her patch. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've interacted with a lot of different people in our house move, and Aisling stood out for being someone we really trusted, providing expert advice and reassurance. She took the time to understand our situation and what we were looking for (both as sellers & buyers), and was supportive when answering queries & finding out extra information in order to help us get the full picture. Her communication was excellent, and throughout our time working with her, she consistently made us feel like a priority. We also really appreciated how she bought professionalism along with a human touch - this was so appreciated and really helped as we navigated different elements of our move. We also worked with Shaun in the Highgate branch on our sale, whose experience and support was also really reassuring and appreciated. We'd highly recommend working with the KFH team in Highgate!

The whole team were great to work with and special thanks to Haiden who was extremely professional, proactive and efficient. They found excellent tenants for us and handled the entire process seamlessly allowing us to move away without worrying about our property, we really appreciated their management and clear guidance as first time landlords. Highly recommended to any landlord looking for reliable and efficient property management.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. The team demonstrated exceptional transparency throughout, providing clear details on fees, contracts, and property condition from the outset, no hidden surprises. Communication was prompt and professional; queries were answered swiftly, often within hours, via email or telephone. They offered regular updates during the referencing and move-in process. Their feedback was constructive and timely, particularly regarding viewing arrangements and subsequent negotiations. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, guiding us patiently through every step and resolving minor issues efficiently before completion. Her answer (the next day) is” you did not even respond to my text”. Her text “postcode “. Not professional from the beginning to the end
28th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)I appointed Farrell Lewis about 6 months ago. So far so good. I have a troublesome issue with my existing tenant whom Farrell Lewis ‘inherited’ from my previous agent. I am impressed by the efforts Aziz and Billy are putting in to resolve the issue for me in a professional, open and committed way. I must say that they have earned my trust which is very important since I live overseas and far away from London. It is also very easy and convenient to contact Aziz via WhatsApp messaging and voice call. I have no hesitation to recommend their service to anyone.

27th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
