Her exceptional and interpersonal qualities sets her apart. I would recommend her to colleagues, friends and families as it is hard to come across such great character and personality in her career. This is wishing her well in all her endeavours.
23rd Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)Very poor experience in dealing with property management. Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.

Working with Billy was an absolute pleasure - thanks to his outstanding maturity, tactful attitude, honesty and reassuring presence. Billy sets a new, high standard in the real estate industry which, at times, can feel quite pushy and overwhelming. 17th Jun 2025 (6 days ago)Gian has been helpful with my renewals process. He communicated my concerns and requests to the landlord and got a deal I was happy with. He has also been very prompt with his responses which made the process smoother and gave me time to think about what I want to do next.
31st May 2025 (23 days ago)Wilkinson Byrne were once again fantastic in helping us sell our property despite some very challenging circumstances. We chose to go back and sell our flat through Farran and his team having previously purchased the same property from them. Our loyalty was rewarded and due to their professionalism and honesty, we were not disappointed. Their knowledge of the area and practical handling of what can be challenging circumstances is worth every penny when selling or buying a property.

They managed the sale of our apartment, for various reasons it was a more cumbersome process than one could expect (for no shortcoming of KFH) but they saw it through! From first conversations with Shaun I felt KFH had a good sense of the market, a well structured approach to marketing, viewings and good comms to both sides. Special thanks must go to Euan, he kept a level head throughout, with a good eye on things and a true problem solver. Many thanks!

Having rented a property through them to having them manage our property, I can’t shout out loud enough. They are super responsive, helpful, supportive and above all, professional and fair. 22nd Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

Our LH point person was Mandy Samantha, and she was excellent, managing to be personable, available to chat when needed, yet always professional. Correspondence was responsive, appropriate and clear.
