21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I have rented a few flats in London and Bristol, and I can confidently say the service from Chesterstons was exceptional, particularly from Marco Caimi. I was away during the process and had some circumstances which created quite a few issues. I think many estate agents would have simply told me it wasn't going to happen and would have proceeded with another tenant. Marco went above and beyond to make sure I could still secure the flat, which he really did not have to do. Honestly, nothing but excellent. I couldn't recommend more!

We worked with Andrew several years ago when we first bought the apartment, and we were so impressed with the effort he went to - we suspect our purchase would have fallen through if it wasn't for him and the work he put into resolving issues. We knew we wanted to work with Andrew again when we eventually sold the apartment, and he delivered! Andrew made the sale process as stress free as possible, and was always available on whatsapp to answer our questions and keep us updated. 23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

Stephen arranged viewings at times that suited me, handled the paperwork efficiently, and guided me through every step of the application and referencing process. What I expected to be stressful ended up being simple and straightforward, thanks to their organisation and clear communication.
